What Causes Blood In Urine And Pain In The Buttocks During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor I am 5 week pregnant. 3days back I felt pain and red spotting in urine. Doctor had given me susten 200. Till then I having too much pain in my right buttock. Also my bleeding has not stopped still. Sonographoy report shows baby growth as of 4.6days in Sunday report. Doctor suggested to do repeat Sonographoy after 2weeks. I am worried, hope everything will be ok. Pls suggest.

@ Amount of bleeding is important , if spotting goes on till sometime, it is
of no worry , but if substantial amount of bleeding is going on ,then it
requires hospital treatment as indoor patient .
