What Causes Blood In Urine And Painful Urination In An Elderly Woman?

I am a 54 woman, noticed when I wiped after urinating that there was a tinge of blood on tissue. I also noticed that I have pressure when urinating & I had a episode where I started to urinate while I was sleeping. I am not having any other pain or any other symptoms. Could this be a UTI?
