General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the blood in urine and stool may indicate possible issue with coagulation pathway most likely.

* There can be alterations in platelet count, morphology or other liver parameters which handle the production of coagulation factors as II, VII, IX, X and protein C and S.

* Kindly get an opinion of expert hematologist in this direction to get into the greater details of investigation panel and further mangaement in accordance to that only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
