What Causes Blood In Urine And Tingling Sensation In Urethra Post Bladder Surgery?
18 aug 15 bladder surgery, foe a few days things seemed normal afterwards. now urinate small amounts numerous times a day, usually a small amount of blood when first starting to urinate then clears up, but mostly at the end of the flow i get an intense tingling in the urethra at the tip of the penis---what to do?

The symptoms seem to be related to urinary tract infection. I suggest to do a urine test for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest to drink liquids and use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
