What Causes Blood In Urine, Lower Back Pain And Headaches?
I have been noticing blood for a while now after using the restroom. I ve had pain in my lower back and stomach since Saturday. I began feeling the pain on Saturday morning I got up to shower an I felt like I was going to throw up and had to sit down. Ive also had a few headaches. My boyfriends mom is a nurse and she thinks the headaches are from the swollen lymph node on my neck (not sure if that could also be the cause of the pain). I was wondering if you could give me an idea on what this could be?
The pain in back and blood in urine indicates a possibility of stone in kidney or ureter. Pl get yourself investigated by getting a CT scan. An X-ray or ultrasound can also be done however they may miss out small stones. Headache is not related to these conditions and also doesn't seem to be related to lymph nodes in neck directly however you need to get the primary cause of enlarged lymph nodes found out which may or may not be related to headache.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
