Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Blood in urine should not be related to alcohol consumption. It should be related to following problems.
1. Severe urinary tract infection can cause bleeding while urination. Patient could have pain in lower abdomen & burning sensation during urination.
2. Kidney stones- Kidney stones are also common cause bleeding in urination. Side back pain is also common. Bleeding occurs when a stone get passed in urethra causing trauma to urinary tract.
3. Prostrate hyperplasia- Prostrate is a gland through which urinary tract passes in males & prostrate hyperplasia is common in elderly males. It can cause of bleeding in urine especially in elderly males. Urinary retention & even urinary blockage is also common
4. Other rare problems of urinary tract such as tumor or cancer

A ultrasound & urine examination would be helpful in diagnosing cause of blood in urine.

Refer to a urologist
Hope this information helps
