What Causes Blood In Urine, Urinary Incontinence And Stomach Pain?

Hello. I went to go pee earlier & I only urinated a few drops & i felt some pain. As soon as I wiped, I saw faded blood on the toilet paper and wondered about it. I wiped my clit again and realized its coming from there?? Also, i had the urge to pee again seconds later and again only little painful drops with a little blood again? What could this be?? I am wondering if maybe its because i masturbated yesterday & the night before that my partner was rubbing my clit. Could it be that its a little sore from all that??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
