What Causes Blood In Urine While Suffering From Chlamydia?
Tested positive of chlamydia and nurse treated me with Azithromycin yesterday (April 4th) and just now I went to pee, and there was so much blood. During the day it was spotting and now it was alot of blood. Is it just flushing out the chlamydia or should I be concerned ? My period isn t due till 22nd.

Hi, I think you have got some urine infections. Get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Also do a ultrasound to see the kidneys, ureter and bladder. It can be due to some pathology in these organs. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics according to the culture reports.
