What Causes Blood In Urine While Suffering From Kidney Stones?

I have a kidney stone with minor pain for 3 or 4 days. Started tensions in 3 days ago after calling my urologist. Just had some blood in my urine and wondering if I should see a urgent care doctor or wait till Monday to check back with urologist. Had lithotripsy January and March of 2015 for large stones each kidney. X-Ray January 2017 showed a small stone which is trying to pass now. Thanks

I have read and understood your concern.Sorry to hear you have been struggling with kidney stones.
Blood in urine(hematuria) may be caused by:
-Urinary tract/kidney infections
-Recurrent kidney stone
-Prostate issues
Staying till monday may not be a good decision given the effects of such symptoms if neglected. I will suggest you see your urgent care Doctor for examination and if possible, an abdominal/kidney ultrasound, another x ray and urinalysis should be done. Your treatment will depend on findings
