What Causes Blood In Urine With Difficulty In Urinating?

I have been peeing blood for two weeks off and on. Now I feel that I have to urinate but no success. I am a 79 year old male who had a radical prostatectomy 7 years ago. I haven t been able to contact my urologist but intend to go directly to her office tomorrow. I wear diapers and thought it might be irritating my penis but I change it often and apply Neosporin Should I go to a hospital emergency room or wait for my urologist?

I had gone through your question and understand your concern . See , as you have had prostatectomy , your symptoms point towards 'bladder stone', as both difficulty in urination and blood in urine are seen in the same.
So , it is advisable to consult your urologist.
