What Causes Blood In Urine With Stomach Pain, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hello. So I am a 22 year old female. About 2 daya ago I went to the hospital for blood in my urine. The doctor subscribed me sulfur pills ( not sure the term for them ) and I have been taking them, but when I do I can get very light headed and even find myself huddled over the toilet - have not puked but have definitely gagged and thought that I was going to. Also I was told it was just an infection and I had given the doctor a urine sample. I have been experiencing terrible stomach aches nausea and dizzyness. I guess my question is could there be something wrong with me beyond an infection

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due urinary tract infection.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to do urine culture sensitivity, complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. You may require tablet nitrofurontoin after consultation. Keep your self hydrated.
