Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my husband has been having bloody urine for quite some time. He has been to a specialist who said that he found the place on his left kidney that is bleeding. He recommended a surgeon ,and made my husband an appointment. He was sedated and prepped for surgery. When he came out of the surgery, the doctor said he could not spot the source of the bleeding. This is the second time this has happened, so we are feeling like it is hopeless to get the bleeding stopped. It has been ongoing for about a year now.
Most common cause for blood in urine is kidney stones. Please mention the report of your latest Ultrasound and urine routine result. If those are within normal limits, then you need to exclude less common causes like idiopathic, traumatic, malignancy, HT, etc.
