General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your short history about blood in urine, particularly on working in a heat, seen urologist who says no cancer, wants to know the cause.
Opinion of an Urologist must have been after proper examination and investigations as follows:
Cysto-urethroscopy.
CT scan of abdomen.
Relevant tests of blood.
Urine tests.
Any other investigations.
If these investigations have not been done till now, it is better to insist.
If the tests are done and not showing anything means there is a hidden cause.
Telangiectasia can show up only when the lesions are active. Hence Cystoscopy immediately after having blood in urine can show the real cause.
Hence, consult your Urologist and discuss these things to get a probable diagnosis and thus get treated accordingly.
Rule out urinary tract infection and if present get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
