That its at night mostly
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM I have read and understood your worry. Blood in urine could be as a result of a problem with any part of the urinary tree- kidneys, ureters, bladder or urethra. There are many causes of blood in urine: Urinary tract infections, kidney stones, tumours, trauma, exercise, drugs, bleeding disorders... The exact cause can only be known after a detailed history of symptom, physical examination by a Doctor and laboratory /imaging tests.A urinalysis and an abdominal ultrasound or CT scan might help identify the cause.I suggest you see a Nephrologist for investigation. Hope my answer helps you Wish you a speedy recovery
