Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.
Sometimes extreme physical exertion and dehydration can cause blood in urine if this does not happen again you do not have to visit your doctor. But if it happens again then you have to visit your doctor. Burning while urinating can also happen with concentrated urine during dehydration phase.
Infection carry other symptoms like fever body aches too, I would suggest you not to panic and take good care of your hydration despite drinking enough water if still the problem persists then consult your doctor regarding this.
I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you. Regards.
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
