What Causes Blood In Urine?

my regular dr is out of town. the dr. i did see prescribed clindamycin 300. after reading side affects i am afraid to use it. i think perhaps i have vaginitis. don t remember what he thought it was. he was going to prescribe flagyl but that bothers my stomach too much. i also have a trace of blood in my urine all the time. i just wanted to get macrodantin (? on that spelling). i am afraid to take this medication

Hi,

I suggest you take Clindamycin in the dose prescribed by your doctor. Presence of blood in urine can be due to bleeding in the urinary tract or primary kidney disease.

I suggest you consult your nephrologist for blood in urine.
