What Causes Blood In Urine?

Hello, my Mum had total hysterectomy on June 20th. She had a teratoma on her ovary. She is 88 and in perfect...I mean really perfect health...no prescriptions, great shape! She has blood in urine and is on antibiotics at the moment and still had sharp twinges of pain. Also, still very tired and not a lot of appetite. Is all this normal? Thank you!

As you mentioned you have problem of blood in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection or other reasons.
Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Proper antibiotics course helpful in infection condition.
Consult a urologist for further treatment.
Urine alkalytic agent can use under doctor's suggestion.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Wear a loose cloth and cotton cloth.
Drink more water.
Avoid spicy foods.
