Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had blood in my urine twice in a row while dirt biking. Pee sample a couple days later showed blood in it though not to my eye. Looked normal, but doc under microscope could see it. Did blood tests and gonorrea/clam test and all came back negative. I had taken Valtrex the week before. Going for ct scan looking for stones next week. Any chance the valtrex did it?
Hello Dear. Most common causes of blood in urine are urinary stones and Urinary tract infection. Valtrex might not have caused this. You need to meet a urologist who will do CT scan and detect.
