What Causes Blood In Vomit After Taking Donepezil?

My wife started donepezil prescribed by a neurologist for amnesia. She got nausea, vomiting with bright red blood clumps, and other blood signs in the vomit. She is on warfarin because of a stroke she suffered almost 10 years ago. She also takes about 5 other prescription medications. She also has stage III chronic kidney disease. Shall she stop the donepezil medication and go to the ER now?

Blood in vomiting probably caused by warfarin in your case and not by Donepezil. please consult your doctor before stopping the drug .
