Hi, thanks for your question.

The black particles found in your urine are likely to be calcium crystals, which forms when calcium and other minerals precipitate in an alkaline urine. Together with the presence of blood in the urine, these symptoms point to you having a kidney stones. The crystals being referred to as the stones here.

You need to schedule a visit with a urologist, a surgeon who treats diseases of the male reproductive organs and urinary organs. Your urologist would investigate for kidney stones, and possibly rule out other possible conditions such as urinary tract infection and kidney disease.

However, in the interim, ensure you drink a lot of water, which could help to flush some of the stones through the urine.

I hope I have answers your question.

Best wishes.
