What Causes Blood Penile Discharge?

ok, three days ago I had a penile discharge of blood and clear puss. I am 75 years old and have never have any kind of situation like this. My doctor has prescribed Cipro to see if that cures it. what could cause it? My prostate gland is enlarged but no one has examined it yet. David Osborne YYYY@YYYY

You must undergo a detailed investigation including physical examination, blood, urine investigations, abdominal ultrasound or MRI examination, possibly a urethro-cysoscopy.Please consult a Urologist who would, after required investigations, find out the cause of your problem and give you the correct management.
