General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I read your history carefully.
Headache with blood shot eyes may be due to change in your refractive error, allergy or viral infection. You should get your eyes checked for refractive error. If there is change in that, changing your spects or contact lenses would solve the problem.
In absence of discharge and itching, viral infection and allergy is very less likely.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
