Hi over the last month or so I have seen little pinhead size blood dots on just the lower part of my arms. They are no just in one spot on my arm but more so look like someone flicked red paint on my arm . They are no noticeable from a far but up close you can see many of them. When I touch them I rub the pin size blood dot away and after a few sec. The blood comes back . The blood is on the out side of my skin and looks like it may be coming out of where my hair on my arms stem out. That's how small the blood spots are. I would just like some kind of idea on what it would be. I haven't had any trauma to my arms or any thing like that. They are on both arms. Please help
