What Causes Blood Spots Under The Skin While On Warfarin?
I HAVE BLOOD SPOTS UNDER THE SKIN. I am on Warfarin Have been for about 8 years. I have asked three doctors. One said it had a name but could not think of it but there was nothing you could do about. One said I think you just have thin skin; It started on left leg, none on the right. Now in the right leg. Now a few on upper arms. They seem to spread out and then look like a sore. I am 89 and have had 2 blood clots at different times. I am 79 years old. Thanks for your help. Ruth Richardson e-mail address is: YYYY@YYYY
these are due to formed blood patches under the skin are due to leakage of blood from the vessels anywhere where there is a slight and persistent pressure. also the blood clotting has reduced so much as the blood leaks from the vessels and do not stop fast due to suppressed clothing effect. revise the quantity of the drug to be suitable for your treatment and do not exceed the dosage
