Hello
I appreciate your concern
I see patients with same complaints in my clinic routinely and I will try to help you as in best possible way

From your short description I couldn't infer that you are male or a female
Source of bleeding may be different on both the sex

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age, sex and complete medical history
any history of constipation or altered bowel movements
Do you feel itching or pain in perianal region

Meanwhile you should avoid constipation by taking stool softening agent like liquid paraffin
