What Causes Blood Spotting During Urination Despite Having Negative UPT?
Every time I go for a wee when I wipe myself I see a slight line of fresh looking blood, I m not pregnant I don t have any pain either, I ve had pre-cancerous cells 15 yrs ago and this started happening 4 days ago, also my last period only lasted one and half days I m 43 years old. Thx

Such symptom, if not caused by an infection, can appear due to some malignancy in the bladder. It can be a tumor. This is more possible if you smoke.
I suggest you to consult urologist. Cystoscopy is the right test to diagnose bladder. And it would be good to consult gynecologist as well.
