What Causes Blood Stool?

Hi Doctor. I'm noticed blood in my stool. I have stomach ache too.. But my stool is not so tight also.. 6 months back, I had just underwent treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma and recovered from the same. What could be the possible cause of the bloody stool?
