I can feel blood surging along my arteries in my legs and arms but I've only ever experienced this during the last few weeks; what is it that's causing this please ? I am 55, average weight but had a triple bypass graft 4 years ago. My B.P. is ok; I do have hypertension but have statin and losartan drug treatment to stabilise.
Hi, the feeling of blood surging is usually due to high blood pressure. It could be some other feeling that you are interpreting as a blood surge. Is it feeling hot or warm or any pain or swelling. Please try and describe your complaint in greater detail for us to comprehend. You might need to discuss it with your Doctor who can examine you also and decide whether anything is wrong. Take care, Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
