What Causes Blood-tinged Sputum, Stomach Pain And Bloating?

3 days ago when I got up in the AM I had to spit some phlegm out and it was brownish in color then after a few more times it was a light red color, no other symptoms. Yesterday was the same thing but a bit more red than the previous day. Today same thing and even redder, a bloody mucous phlegm. Not solid blood but definitely blood in there, medium reddish color. Today the center of my stomach is achey and fills very full and bloated. I do take pantaprazole and Bentyl and a probiotic. I do have acid reflu too. Worried about the bloody saliva.

There can be various reasons as lower respiratory tract infection, TB acute congestion of upper respiratory passage or others.

It is recommended to undertake an X-ray chest with sputum microscopic test to get further definite treatment action plans.
