What Causes Blood-tinged Vaginal Discharge After Endometrial Ablation?

I am almost 53 years old. I had my tubes tied in 1990. I had a ablation...where my womb was scraped in 1998-99. I have not had a problem one since the ablation, not even irritability. Back in April mid month I noticed that I had a clear mucus and hint of blood in it....discharge. Does not smell nor itch. As of today, May 8, 2017... I am still having the discharge. No cramps, etc. Should this be something I should worry about? Thank You, Missy

get checked gynechologist for checkup and opinion on diagnosis. tubectomy has been done so keep watch on bloody discharge per vagina since there is no other problem immediately no treatment watch is to be kept.
