What Causes Blood Vomiting And Severe Lower Back Pain?

May you please help me I am loosing weight I can t keep food down on my stomach. I throw up blood are black stuff this has been on for a year.I be hot and cold I have to sit up sleep in a chair my back hurts real bad.And on top of the situations I have heart problems. I am just tired of being sick.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blood vomiting and severe lower back pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bacterial meningitis , crohn’s disease , endometriosis, a condition in which uterine cells grow outside the uterus , pancreatitis , spinal tumor or uterine fibroid .I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , ultrasound , endoscopy and lower back x-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may refer you to orthopedic surgeon or may prescribe antibiotics at least for 5 days along with anti inflammatory and anti emetic drug . For now apply warm compresses to back .
