What Causes Bloody Stools

I'm a 29 year old Male, in reasonable physical condition, i exercise about 4 times per week, 5'8 and 174lbs.

I have recently started having bloody stools a couple of days ago, it is bright red and stripes the stools and is also on the tissue, should i see a GP or wait a few more days i have no other symptoms i can think of and no pain.

i do have consistent low calcium could this have anything to do with it or is it more than likely hemorrhoids?

Your symptoms sound most likely related to hemorrhoids. which are typically seen as stripes of blood on outsides of stool after having bowel movement, and blood on tissue paper.
These can typically be resolved with increase water/fluid intake, increase fiber, keeping stools soft, over the counter stool softeners.

if your bleeding persists or becomes profuse then I would see GP. otherwise will typically improve with minor adjustments listed above.
