What Causes Bloody Urination?

I have been urinating blood since Aug. I keep getting infections. I have been on antibiotics this whole time and as soon as the infection goes away it comes right back. I have severe pain constantly and when I get up moving around the activity seems to trigger the bloody urine. I have been to a Dr here but he got hateful with !e am cancelled my procedure and dismissed me as a patient

let me know your age.your condition of hematuria which is of long duration might be due to renal/ureter/bladder stones,or due to urinary tract infection/ bladder carcinoma or due to any kidney disease.to know the exact cause we need to know your detailed h/o other symptoms and physical examination along with appropriate investigations.
