What Causes Bloody Urine Along With Pins And Needles Like Pain In The Hand While Urinating?

This morning I had a little blood in my urine, but none since. I am 68 and Female. Then I had the urge to urinate, but could not, but since drinking fluids, I have to rush to the toilet to urinate, sometimes not quite making it to the Toilet, also finding that my left hand gets pins and needles while I urinate. What could cause that? I don t have a urinary tract infection, but only one of my Kidneys is functioning, so I have been told.

since it is frank blood, then source of bleeding is to be detected since you are having urgency for urination then it is hematuria with u ti. culture and sensitivity test of urine should be done.after getting report urologist should be consulted after analyzing physical examination and culture sensitivity, treatment can be recomanded.
