What Causes Bloody Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain While On Duphaston?

Hi am a pco patient for about 4 years Am trying for a baby now. So i went to a doctor she gave me glucophage three times per day this month i start it clomid tabs from day 2 to 6 and duphaston fromday15 for 14 days i am worried bcoz i missed one dose of duphastone 2 days ago and now am experiencing bloody discharge ,back pain and stomach pain NB: i got 4 days left in my duphaston treatment Please tell me what happening with me Thanks Nuha

Hello,

It could be an infective cause like PID or vaginosis. As of now you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. A vaginal swab may be required for further assessment.
