I am 23 years old an i have blochy brown spots on my chest that is spreading in V-shape, they started from the center of my chest and has spread up toward my shoulders and i have a couple of spots toward my nable. my brother also has these same spots. I've been prescribed hydrocortisone cream usp 2.5% 30g and two doses of ketoconazole (nizoral) 200 mg. The spots looked like they were going away but suddenly came back and started spreading.
