What Causes Blue Discoloration And Pain In The Toes?
My toes at times are very blue in color. They are always very sore and towards the end of the work week swell considerably. I have zero negative rheumatoid arthritis. When I clip my toe nails, my toes are very sore. Due to frost bite a few years ago, my toes get cold outside very easily. Tom
These are the early signs of the synopsis, you need to avoid too much cold because it causes the external bad constriction and leads to frostbite.
Extremities are more vulnerable as the blood supply is reduced to it. Also, don't need to clip any of your figures or toes nails too deep in cold climate. You need to exercise daily to make sure the proper distribution of blood.
Keep warm and protected as much as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muzaffer Hussain Parray,
