Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Blue fingernails are caused by a low level or lack of oxygen circulating in your red blood cells. This condition is known as cyanosis.
In your case ,I think that the symptoms are related to an infection.
I suggest you to consult your doctor for a cycle of prescribed antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
