What Causes Bluish Lumps On Arms?

I have had these lums about the size. Of dimesthey were a little smaller atill I had a alter sound I have had many test done but in the last 2 weeks they have stared speadind up my left arm and now stared on my right armthey look blue and like there in my blood vanes I do have arthritis in my neck and lower hip on left side my hole left side is in pain most all the time im am due for a biopic but its like know one can hear all the faxs of what hurts its just blue bums its even hard to eat 3 mouths I want booboois2 from 188 to 160 I dont care to eat to much can you maybe give me some were to find some answers plz
