What Causes Blurred Vision After Taking Nitrofurantoin?

I have uti from last 2 month First doctor gave me zifi 200 for 1 month But still I have uti So urologist give me 1 month tablet Of nitrofurantoin capsule usp Niftran 100mg I take 1 capsule after I have vision problems Is this because of medicine? Can niftran capsule cause bloody vision Is it permanent??
