What Causes Blurred Vision After Using Prednisolone Drops?
Hello, I used an unopened several years old prescription of Prednisolone Acetate Ophthalmic eye drops 4-5 days ago for 2 days. Yesterday, I noticed both eyes were blurry. I do have prescription eyeglasses - just for reading - now blurry. So sorry about the age of the med. Thanks for all you can do, Claire

Prednisolone acetate ophthalmic drops can cause blurring of vision. It is a rare but somewhat serious side effect.
