Hello there,
Well I've gone through your query. One thing is that it would have been more useful if you had mentioned your age and gender. Also I would like to know if there was any
head injury.
From whatever you have described here,it looks as though you are having
postural hypotension and syncopal attacks.Postural hypotension means decrease in your blood pressure when you suddenly get up causing
dizziness.I would like to suggest you to
1. Get you blood checked for the amount of
haemoglobin.
2. Get your B.P checked both in the sitting and standing position and can give the readings.
3. Get your blood sugar levels checked.
3. Keep yourself well hydrated.Have atleast 2-3 lit of water everyday.
4. Dont get up from your seat suddenly. It may cause dizziness and
fainting.Get up slowly from your seat.
5. If you are to get from a sleeping position to standing one, dont do it quick.First sit by the edge of the bed and then slowly get up.This will let your body adapt to the changes in the position and adjust the BP accordingly.
6. It would be helpful to know if you have had seizures anytime or if you suffer from
migraine. In that case you may have these problems due to that which require treatment.
If u have any such attack, then sit on you seat immediately and bend down so that your head is below your knees. This allows for adequate blood supply to brain and be in that position till you feel better.Have some cool water with salt and sugar added to it or some juice or soft drink.
Hope your concerns have been answered.Thankyou
