What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Headache And Brain Fog?

Son is being told he is suffering from PCS since a mild fall 2 months ago. He developed blurry vision for about 30 minutes the next day. This blurriness was replaced instantly with a constant headache and brain fog. He has been on medical rest with no change. Suddenly today, 3 months later he had the same blurry vision come on, it went away after 30 minutes again and now his headache and fogginess have gotten worse. Does this sound like it is normal for PSC or can his ailment be something else? His brain scan, neck MRI, ENT tests have all come back 100% normal (no swelling, bruising, cancer, clots). YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms seem to be related to orbicularis migraine. I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen for a headache. If the symptoms continue you should consult a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
