What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Nausea And Headache?

Yesterday, while walking in a store, I had blurred vision, nausea, headache and had to sit down for awhile until it passed. About a half hour. I was in walmart and the pharmacy had a blood pressure machine which I used 3 times resting during the half hour. The numbers were low each time between 80 and 85 over 50 to 55. Normally, my blood pressure has been 120/80 or 110/70. Four years ago, I had triple bipass surgury and just havent had alot of energy since.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

These symptoms and sudden onset of blurring of vision, unable to focus with a headache most commonly indicate a transient ischemic attack or prodromal phase of migraine headache.

I would advise you to take pain killer tablets and analgesic tablets for symptomatic relief.

If the symptoms are recurrent you need to consult your physician doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
