What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Tiredness And Weight Gain?

Over the last few months I have developed some weird things, which might just be me being a teenager but I don t know. I am becoming very tired at certain times and fall asleep for around ten seconds in lessons. I just fell asleep 4 hours ago at 5pm and have just woken up. I also have nightmares a lot. It could be my braces but I m having trouble speaking to teachers etc. My vision also zooms in like you would on a picture, it gets more blurry and I can t see as much (when I get angry). When I sleep in lessons I will wake up and gave ruined my notes as I scribbled over then. I also gained 8 kilos in six months, after finishing a world championship sporting event (I stopped exercising as much which could be why) sorry for the block of text, but thank you. (I also live in the UK)
