Hi my name is Haiven, I am 18 years old. The other day I experienced something strange and truthfully scary. Im a good kid, I dont do drugs or drink a lot so that isn t a factor. The other day I was outside and stood up to go back inside and my vision became extremely blurry. I continued walking through my house and by the time I got to my room my vision was black. I couldn t see anything. My head was throbbing and black and white color were pulsing in my eyes. I flipped the light switch near my bed on and couldn t distinguish any change, I couldnt tell any light was on at all. I was sweating and extremely hot. I sat on the ground and closed my eyes and my sight came back after about 10 minutes which felt like a life time. I tried to stand up again but the same thing happened. I ended up falling asleep and when i woke up some time later I could see and stand but I was extremely shaky. Ive also been sleeping a lot, half of the day sometimes, I dont know if thats related or not but anyways, any thoughts?
Oh! Migraine, pulsing lights, without an exam, I can only give general information and pulsing lights is a standard sign of migraine. Migraines can be associated with a lot of other symptoms. There are a lot of treatments for them and prevention medications too.
