hi sir/mam,if you can upload the ECG,it would help me to rule out any cardiac causes.as far as the symptoms are concerned,it appears to be anxiety related.please observe the following:
1)is he mingling with his friends and family as usual or staying indoors for long time locking up in his room.
2)is there any change in his food and sleep habits
3)any change in academic performance like is he regular to school or disinterested in studies.
4)please do not mind but it’s my duty to warn you to check his belongings for any abusive drugs.
5)just ask his parents or his grand parents or guardians to sit with him for at least 2 hrs and discuss about any disturbances either mental or physical he is facing and you need to tackle in a very gentle and kind manner.he can also be advised to read some personality development books that would assist him to get out of his problem.also you can find progressive mental relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation very useful.

let me remind you that he is in his adolescence and under the influence of hormones, unable to differentiate good and bad.so,it’s the duty of elders to guide him.if necessary, you can take the help of a psychiatrist for counselling.

but before coming to a conclusion that he has some psychological disturbance, please get his vision of both the eyes checked once to rule out any eye abnormality.hope my answer allays your apprehension.please do write to us if you have any further queries.wish you and your family a very happy, healthy and peaceful new year 2018.thank you.take care.bye.
