What Causes Blurred Vision And Twitching Sensation On The Face?

I have had random spells where my vision is blurry, my pupils are diaolated. As of recently I have experience some twitching on the right side of my face. I am a smoker (about a pack a day) and thought it my be from smoking....but I am not so sure. What could it be?!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the blurry vision may not be due to smoking even the twitching of face is not due to smoking these seems to be nonspecific symptoms may not be due to any illness, but it can not be taken lightly, it is most advisable to get done the CT of brain, dilated pupil in absence of associated neurological illness have no significance so it is nothing to worry, even for blurry vision better to see the ophthalmologist hope this information helps.
