General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The occasional blind spot involving one of the eye indicates neurological issue with nerves conducting retina or physiologic phenomenon. The Eustachian tube dysfunction has no concern with the blurred vision directly. However, if you can provide details of your MRI report and other supportive data evaluated by your doc, I can guide further precisely in this matter.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
