What Causes Blurred Vision, Tingling Sensation In The Body, Headaches And Back Pain?

I have blurred vision, tingling over my entire body, muscle spasms, headaches, low back pain, balance problems, spinning and wanting to fall over while standing. Doctor had not give me a diagnosis because of sever problems with black outs, blood pressure would fall causing them. Pressure could be as high as 200/145 and drop to 60/42. I was told in 2013 when I was in the emergency room had acute kidney failure and MS. I stayed in hospital until I was stable and seen many types of doctors. My problems got worse and was sent to a large Medical Group. I was told first I had to stabilize my pressure problems and stop the black outs, but the other symptoms are getting worse. Why does it take so long to get medicine they may help me.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
